Algol Custom Saber

I bought this saber for my Star Wars-themed competition and it was the best damn decision of my life, 'cause I won - yeehaw! I got it like two months before the competition and did a ton of practice with it. On the day of the competition, I was nervous as hell but also really pumped. when I got in the ring and it lit up, I was pumped! I can tell you without a doubt, that this saber was at its peak performance and totally helped me come out on top. Highly, highly recommended.

This is my second purchase from this store, and this one has waaay more features than my first saber. I'm freakin' ecstatic about it; it's got a super luxurious look and it's totally delivered. If you're undecided about buying something, this is the absolute best store.

I bought this saber and I was STOKED to have it. But my hopes were dashed when it didn't light up. I don't know if it was a manufacturing defect or if it was an issue with shipping, but either way I was not happy. I contacted customer support for a replacement or refund and they were really helpful. They ended up sending me a replacement and they apologized, but it took more than 4 weeks which was beyond infuriating.

This saber is straight fire! It's my first lightsaber and I'm hyped up on how it turned out. One problem I got with it is that when I switched to Fire Blade mode, the saber glitched and did not switch back to its original mode, so the only way I can reset it is by removing the battery. Customer service is quick, they respond quickly and help with whatever you need. The presentation was awesome--everything came nice and neat. Shipping was a bit slow though. Overall I'll recommend this saber to my friends.

I had some troubles settin' this thing up, but the customer service was tight AF and got it straightened out lickety-split. I'm really pleased with this product - it's lit as hell and I know I'm gonna have a blast with it. Y'all, seriously, customer service like this should be absolutely everywhere.
