The case and saber are very nice but I had to dock a point because it was sent to the wrong address but contacted support and finally had it!

At first when I got the saber I thought It was broken due to crackling in the fonts, I reached out to support with my issue and they responded at 3 AM. As a person who works the night shift I could not express how much this meant to me just for me to eventually find out I had not charged it. Incredible saber, incredible business. Good service of the company, delivery was on time, Amazing hilt design and working is adorable. The flash on clash effect is super noisy and shiny. The colors travel from the bottom to the top of the blade. The blade is so sturdy for dueling purpose.
