I had a fantastic experience with this lightsaber and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the postal service mishandled my package and it ended up getting damaged in a trash compactor. However, the customer support team was incredibly responsive, reaching out to me right away and quickly contacting the shipping company to resolve the issue. They sent me a replacement package without delay. What could have been a very frustrating situation was handled expertly by the neosabers, making it a lot easier than I expected. Highly impressed!

I purchased this saber and I have to say, the quality is awe-inspiring. If you own Galaxy's Edge lightsabers, this upgrade is a must. Regarding the saber, my first blade, unfortunately, got stolen or lost during delivery. However, the customer support team went above and beyond to assist me in getting a replacement blade. It was a little frustrating but overall, I had an excellent experience with their service, the lightsaber is fantastic. You really can't ask for more!
